Wool – more than just sheep

Wool is often used to refer to conventional sheep’s wool, but this natural fibre can also be obtained from the undercoat of various other animals. Other types of wool include alpaca, angora, cashmere, merino or mohair. The different animal hairs have different properties, all of which are the ideal base material for creating beanies, headbands or hats.
