Its large, flat crown is held to the peak by three tack points and shaped to preference; wooden-form blocking and a pressure-free forehead construction provide comfort. French cotton fabric with elastane and a cotton lining give the cap flexible comfort. Corduroy textiles are first made into headwear, then garment-dyed using the Garment Dye method for distinctive visual effects.
