You’re looking for a suitable gift and can’t decide what to get from our large selection? Why not just give a hat voucher? We’ll even deliver it free to your door. We’ll also gladly send the voucher directly to the person you wish to give it to. Please choose your desired amount to the value of 25,00 €, 50,00 € or 100,00 €.

Do vouchers have a minimum order value?
In some cases, your voucher may have a minimum order value; if so, it is specified on the voucher. This does not apply to gift vouchers.

How many vouchers can be used per order?
You can only ever redeem one voucher per person per order or voucher campaign. This does not apply to gift vouchers, which may be freely combined.

What happens to my gift voucher in the event of a return?
Gift vouchers will be credited back to you in the event of a return so that they can be redeemed again with your next order. We regret that we cannot offer cash refunds.

How often can I redeem a voucher?
Vouchers can be used only once and expire upon completion of the order.

Why doesn’t my voucher code work?
If your voucher code doesn’t work, it may be because you entered some extra spaces when typing in your voucher code. If this is the case, please remove the spaces.

When can I redeem the voucher?
Vouchers can be redeemed at any time before completion of a purchase. Retrospective redemption is unfortunately not possible for logistical reasons.

For how long is a voucher valid?
The validity period of a voucher is specified on the voucher. Gift vouchers do not expire. Every now and then our vouchers are tied to certain brands or categories. In this case, please take careful note of the applicable conditions.
