You can only ever redeem one voucher per person per order or
voucher campaign. This does not apply to gift vouchers, which may be freely combined.
What happens to my gift voucher in the event of a return?
Gift vouchers will be credited back to you
in the event of a return so that they can be redeemed again with your next order. We regret that we cannot offer cash
refunds.
How often can I redeem a voucher?
Vouchers can be used only once and expire upon completion of the
order.
Why doesnt my voucher code work?
If your voucher code doesnt work, it may be because you entered some
extra spaces when typing in your voucher code. If this is the case, please remove the spaces.
When can I redeem the voucher?
Vouchers can be redeemed at any time before completion of a purchase.
Retrospective redemption is unfortunately not possible for logistical reasons.
