1.	Questions regarding products: Is my size/colour still available?
	When you have clicked on a product of your choice, you can choose the desired option on the right. If your size or desired colour is not in stock, have a look again in a few days. As soon as a product variant that has been unavailable for some time comes back into stock, our system updates immediately so that the goods are promptly available for delivery again.
	 2.	How do I order online? And can I also order by telephone?
	After you have registered as a customer, you can conveniently order online. Click on the products of your choice, choose the suitable size and colour and place the items in your personal shopping bag by clicking “Add to bag”. You can resume shopping by clicking “Continue shopping” and add further products or check your saved items by clicking “View shopping bag”. The number of products in your shopping bag and the total amount to be paid is displayed immediately. Then click on “Go to Checkout” in order to choose your payment method and complete your order.

		 3.	Where can I find care instructions for hats and materials?
To get the most out of your hat for longer, we have allocated practical care instructions to our products. Because: Correct care and cleaning – adapted to the material used – is imperative to being able to enjoy your new headwear for as long as possible.

4.	How do I determine my hat size for a perfect fit?
Determining your hat size is not at all difficult and usually only takes a few seconds. Our experience tells us that it is very important to know your hat size; it would be a terrible pity, especially with a high-quality hat, to have to wear it when it is too big or too small. 5.	How can I make sure to find an item on Hatshopping.com?
		Our site is organised so you can easily find a particular item. Our world of headwear and accessories is divided into several categories to lead you to your desired item in an organised way.
- You can choose if the products shown are for men, women or children.
- Under New arrivals, all the new additions to our world of products are presented.
- If you are interested in items from a particular brand, you will see an overview of various manufacturers under Brands.
- In our guide, we present various themes, some of which are seasonal or change according to current trends. As well as plus size products, you will also find hats and caps for special events or professional duties. What headwear is a must at weddings? Which hats are part of the equipment for a hunter, fisherman or cook? Find the answers here.
- If you would like to have only products on sale listed, find these in the category Sale.
- If you already know what type of headwear or accessory you are looking for, you can go straight to the relevant category. The main categories – hats, beanies & aviator hats, caps, bandanas, ear warmers, scarves and gloves – are distinguished by special characteristics and are divided into corresponding subcategories. A cap is not just a cap. For example, a newsboy cap is distinguished from a beret and this, in turn, is distinguished from a beanie or a knitted hat. This breakdown into subcategories makes it possible to find an individual item suitable for different people, tastes and styles, as well as for diverse events.
- The filter in the product overview also makes it possible to show seasonal items (divided into spring/summer and autumn/winter). In addition, you can refine your search here according to the desired colour and size or search for items with your preferred material. For example, perhaps you are looking for a straw panama hat or a hat made with soft alpaca wool.
- You can also use the search function to find items. To do this, enter your search term in the empty search box, such as a particular brand name, a product name or the type of hat you are looking for. When the search term is confirmed, relevant models will be immediately presented to you.

6.	What do the terms SEPA, IBAN and BIC stand for?
The term SEPA stands for a new payment method for cashless transactions that has been valid in Europe since 01/04/2015. For a SEPA transfer, you need your IBAN and your BIC.
IBAN (International Bank Account Number): The IBAN is made up of the country code (DE for Germany), a bank or credit institute code number, your bank sort code and your account number.
BIC (Bank Identification Code): The BIC is an international code that verifies your bank or your credit institute exactly and therefore should make the transaction easier.
7.	How can I get information on promotions, vouchers, etc.?
	The great thing is: We’ll let you know. Simply subscribe to our newsletter. It’s not complicated at all: you can get this service via email. All you have to do is click on the newsletter symbol at the footer of our shop. Then enter your email address in the designated field under “Subscribe to Newsletter”. Confirm your entry by clicking “OK” and you can look forward to our regular newsletter with interesting special offers. You’ll see: It’s worth it! But don’t worry: If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
B) Order process
1.	Can I change my order afterwards?
We endeavour to send your order as soon as possible and, therefore, it is not possible for us to consider changes to your order afterwards. However, your order will include a return slip which you can use to let us know about changes you would like to make to your order in this way.
2.	What payments methods are offered to me?
We offer you a variety of payment methods: 		
		 (1) Payment by Amazon Pay: If you have an Amazon account, you can pay by Amazon Pay. Simply login by using your Amazon account login credentials and choose from the payment and delivery information stored in your Amazon account.
(2) Payment by PayPal: At the end of the order process, you will be directly forwarded to PayPal to process the payment.
(3) Payment by credit card: To do this, we will need the card number, the expiry date on the card and the card verification code (CVV). Payment by credit card with us takes place with highly secure encryption.
As a registered customer, you can easily change the payment method before every order in your customer account. Click on “change” there and a list will appear where you can select the payment method. Unfortunately, changing the payment method after the order has been completed is not possible.

3.	Has my payment already been received?
As soon as your payment has been received by us, we will send your goods. The process of the value date of the invoice amount, as well as the shipment of the goods, is fully automatic and usually free of errors. However, if something goes wrong and you have received neither a confirmation of dispatch nor the goods for whatever reason, then we’d appreciate it if you could get in touch with us by telephone.
4.	Where is my parcel? Can I track my order?
The delivery time for your order usually takes only 2-3 working days from the time of your order. As a registered customer, you can get information on the status of your order at any time in your customer account. Under the menu option “My Orders”, you can easily track and check your parcel to see where it currently is.
5.	How long does it take for my order to arrive?

6.	Where can I redeem a voucher code?
You can redeem a voucher code in the last step of your order. Enter the code into the field provided before completing the order and the voucher will be applied. Please note that only one voucher may be redeemed per order.
7.	Are the products insured?
Your order going missing during shipment is next to impossible. However, things can sometimes go wrong, even with such a secure system. Thankfully, the goods you order with us are insured to the value of €500 by all shipping companies used by us. If you would like to order something that is considerably higher in value, please call us so we can find the best shipping option for your order.

C) Customer data
1.	Is it safe to forward my data?
The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, it is completely safe to disclose your data to us. Your personal details are transferred over the internet through a 1024-bit encrypted SSL connection (your credit card data is not stored, but rather collected and processed directly by our payment service provider Payone GmbH). We protect our website and other systems with technical and organisational measures against loss, damage, access, modification or sharing of your data by unauthorised persons. Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should always treat your access information as confidential and, after you have completed communication with us, close your browser window, especially if you share the computer with others.

2.	How do I change my password or other personal details?
To change your details, log in to your customer account here. After logging in successfully, click on “My data”. You can easily change your mailing address, email address and payment method here. To do this, click on “edit”.
3.	How do I register on Hatshopping.com? And is it necessary at all?
Registering on Hatshopping.com is quick and easy. You will find the login area by clicking on the corresponding icon in the top right-hand side of the shop page. Enter your email address and your password (twice) after clicking “New customer”. In the following steps, we need your address and your desired method of payment. The registration is completely safe for you and it is free.
Registering is not absolutely necessary but it is useful. You may also order once as a guest. However, in order to be able to track your order during shipping or to order quickly and easily in future, we recommend registering.
D) Returns
1.	How do I exchange a product?
You can exchange your items at any time up to 100 days after purchase. You will find all information on exchanges and returns here.
2.	After a return, when should I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly issue a refund to your original form of payment. This will be made at the latest within 14 days from the day of receiving the cancellation notice.
